As the morning light penetrates the huge windows of the new factory building and spreads golden rays throughout the room, on this thriving land of Central Plains, the Puyang Manufacturing Center with a construction area of approximately 11,000 square meters, is growing vigorously, outlining our new industrial blueprint. From a barren piece of land to the rise of the steel structure factory, from the drawing of the blueprint to the successful positioning of the 10-ton crane, each leap in the construction process is a vivid practice of the concept of "precision manufacturing", and also a solid echo of the "craftsmanship shaping national products" mission.
1. Breaking Ground: Establishing Direction, Building the New Foundation of the Industry
At the beginning of the project, we firmly set the strategic goal of high-end precision manufacturing and aimed to transform the Puyang manufacturing center into a modern base that integrates the production of precision hydraulic components, special motors and generators, and high-end oil equipment parts. Every step of the construction strictly followed the standards of industrial buildings, from laying the foundation, erecting the steel structure, to installing the roof... The constructors controlled every detail with "millimeter-level" precision, using their sweat to cultivate this industrial framework that will carry future production capacity. Now, the exterior facade of the silver-gray and dark blue factory has taken shape. The wide factory roads and neatly arranged fences outline a clear boundary, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent production layout.
II. Growth: Expertly constructed, providing a solid foundation for intelligent manufacturing
Entering the interior of the approximately 11,000-square-meter factory building, the sunlight, passing through the lighting strips, casts regular shadows on the ground. Two brand-new Weihua 10-ton single-girder cranes span the workshop, becoming the "steel backbone" of the manufacturing center. The smooth installation of these lifting equipment marks a key breakthrough in the construction of the core production support facilities of the workshop, providing a solid guarantee for the subsequent entry of large equipment and the processing of heavy components. Inside the workshop, steel structure columns stand neatly, and the white roof panels are joined together to form a flat ceiling. The spacious working area is large enough to accommodate multiple production lines operating simultaneously. Every design is carried out in line with the goals of efficient production and safe operation, demonstrating a deep adaptation to the precision manufacturing environment.
During the construction process, we have always adhered to the principle of "safety as the foundation and quality as the core". From the precise construction of the aerial work vehicles to the standardized stacking of ground materials, from the repeated debugging of equipment installation to the strict control of the construction process, every step embodies the team's meticulousness and craftsmanship. Construction vehicles moved back and forth, technicians conducted on-site surveys, and with an efficient and collaborative construction pace, we pushed the project from the foundation construction stage to the equipment entry stage steadily, using our actions to fulfill the commitment of "exquisite manufacturing".

Currently, the Puyang Manufacturing Center has entered the critical stage of construction. The ground treatment of the workshop, the improvement of supporting facilities, and the delivery of production equipment are all progressing smoothly. In the future, this 11,000-square-meter modern factory will establish a standardized and intelligent production system. Relying on advanced manufacturing processes and complete supporting facilities, it will create a production base for precision components, providing more efficient and high-quality products and service support for customers in the northern region.
