Founded in 2009, Beijing Tianrui Yongtai Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a technology-driven enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of miniature hydraulic components, specialty electric motors, and precision transmission systems. The company is dedicated to breaking import dependence of core components, benchmarking against leading international brands. While ensuring superior performance and quality, we significantly reduce customer costs and provide solid support for the autonomous control of high-end equipment.

II. Dual-Core Structure: R&D × Manufacturing
The company operates a “R&D + Manufacturing” dual-core model:
---R&D Center (Beijing):
Core team members hold Master’s degrees or higher, with expertise covering fluid mechanics, mechatronics, servo drive control, mechanical manufacturing, and related fields. The team focuses on cutting-edge technology exploration and product prototype development.
---Manufacturing Center (Puyang, Henan):
Covering 11,000 m², the center employs a high proportion of certified technicians. Equipped with advanced precision machining facilities and a strict process control system, it ensures that designs are translated into high-standard products – delivering “technology with sharpness, manufacturing with precision.”
III. Core Technical Capabilities
Leveraging the innovation of the Beijing R&D Center and the process implementation at the Puyang Manufacturing Center, we have built a comprehensive core manufacturing technology system:
Precision Machining Technology: High-efficiency CNC machining of complex housing parts, precision micro-hole machining, micro-cavity manufacturing, precision mating of moving parts, and performance consistency assurance.
Electromechanical Manufacturing Technology: High-reliability precision assembly of magnetic steel, high-temperature motor coil manufacturing, and insulation treatment.
Specialty Forming Technology: Specialty powder metallurgy forming and post-processing.
Assembly & Testing Technology: Micro-debris control, precision assembly and testing of micro-displacement piston pumps and miniature hydraulic valves (including 200°C high-temperature testing).
Key Performance Indicators:
Temperature resistance from 175°C to 300°C (short-term up to 300°C+); maximum pressure resistance of 140 MPa. These capabilities fully meet the demanding requirements of extreme environments in oil & gas, aerospace, and defense industries.
IV. Manufacturing & Quality System
Manufacturing Strength
The Puyang Manufacturing Center houses more than 70 advanced machining units, including precision 5-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, cylindrical grinders, and EDM machines, achieving machining accuracy of ±0.01 mm. The workshop is equipped with constant temperature and humidity control to guarantee consistency and stability for high-precision products. Annual delivery capacity reaches 10,000 sets of precision electromechanical products.
Quality System
We are ISO 9001 certified. A full-process quality control system is established from incoming raw materials to finished products, with 100% inspection at key process steps. Advanced inspection equipment includes CMMs, cylindricity testers, metallurgical microscopes, and micro-bore pneumatic measuring instruments. A full-lifecycle traceability system is in place – each product carries a unique ID code recording material batch, processing parameters, inspection data, assembly personnel, and test curves. Our customers’ trust is built upon absolute control over every single detail.
